
Three States Look To Add Marijuana Legalization To Their 2022 Ballot

Arkansas, Idaho, and Maryland Could be the next states to legalize recreational marijuana use in 2022. All three states have begun preliminary discussions to add marijuana legalization to their 2022 ballot. There have been numerous activist groups that have been collecting signatures from the public in Arkansas in order to get recreational marijuana use on the 2022 ballot. Marijuana activists in Idaho are hoping to get their ballot of the legalization of medical marijuana use on the 2022 ballot. The House Speaker in Maryland has recently obliged that marijuana legalization will be presented to voters as a poll in 2022. Recreational marijuana will likely be a hotbed topic that many states will take a look at during their 2022 ballots.
