Hungry For More? Cannabis is Now Fine Dining

Read Time:2 Minute, 2 Second

Although, you may not need a silver fork to eat good food, it sure does help!

As we consumers, we are always looking for the best products worth our money. With that idea in mind, coupled with the fact that cannabis is being legalized throughout the States, we are starting to be offered more high quality ways to consume cannabis. Recently, world class chefs have been cooking up delectable ingredients and refined recipes to bring cannabis to the upscale table. With a strong understanding and appreciation for CBD, THC and Terpenes, chefs from all around have started adding cannabis-based foods, wines and drinks to their high-end menus.

Elevations Nations is one of the first restaurants to make this move, having recently partnered with Chef Cody Candelario to introduce a cannabis infused menu to their fine dining experience. As a seasoned culinary veteran, Chef Candelario is no stranger to the kitchen. With 12 years of experience underneath his belt and having competed in season nine of Hell’s Kitchen, Candelario is the premier choice. With two main locations in Arizona and in Las Vegas, Elevation Nations have introduced 4 courses to their private fine dining experience, 3 main dishes and a dessert. Each item has the option to be micro-infused with CBC, CBG or THC, or with all three if you wish, to help elevate the meal. With the addition of culinary cannabis, herbs, oils and flavors are infused together in a unique way, enhancing every taste.

However, Elevation Nation isn’t the only fine dining cannabis option out there. Talented cooks all over the nation have been testing their skills and basing their quality dishes around this one main ingredient. So now, cities like Los Angeles and New York have worked to introduce their own piquant-perfect cannabis plant plates across the states. With these chefs implementing THC and CBD into their ingredient lists, cannabis has found its spot on the culinary kitchen table.

With cannabis now being marketed as a “fine dining” experience, it has gained a whole new audience. More people, who otherwise wouldn’t have tried it, have now become open to the idea of cannabis. This in turn will help make it easier for future legislation, advocating for legalized cannabis, to be passed. So get dressed up to eat all those delectable plates and share with your fancy friends! High-end cannabis is here!
