Medical Marijuana Delivery Service Could Come Soon To Maine

A new bill has been introduced in Maine that would allow medical marijuana dispensaries to deliver cannabis products.
This new bill has been introduced by State Representative Joseph Perry.
“Rather than have people drive very long distances to go to an adult use store or turn to the illegal market, I think it makes sense to allow them to purchase it legally and have it delivered to their homes,” Perry stated.
If the presented bill is passed, a number of selected marijuana stores would be allowed to deliver marijuana products to most towns and communities in Maine. The new bill could be passed as soon as next week.
