Man Left MA Courthouse With 90 lbs of Marijuana

Yves Duboc of Maine was initially arrested for possessing 16 ounces of marijuana, as well as driving without a license (Staff Reports). After leaving a Massachusetts courthouse, he was arrested once again for having 90 pounds of marijuana inside his vehicle (Staff Reports). Duboc possessed 70 pounds of zip-lock bagged marijuana and another 20 pounds of marijuana extract contained in reusable water bottles (Staff Reports). Following Duboc’s arrest, officers also found a wad of $20 bills and a bong (Staff Reports). The vehicle he was driving was also unlicensed (Staff Reports).Â
Duboc was taken to Newburyport District Court for his arraignment for another count of driving an unlicensed vehicle and trafficking marijuana (Staff Reports).Â
